Return/Exchange Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Please ensure that the return or exchange is requested within this timeframe.
Restocking Fees
- If the return or exchange is due to customer’s reason, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the order amount.
- If the return or exchange is due to our reason (e.g., defective or incorrect product), no restocking fee will be charged.
Shipping Fees
- For returns or exchanges due to customer’s reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return or exchange is due to our reason, we will cover the shipping costs.
Physical Items:

- We accept returns and exchanges for physical items that are unused and in their original packaging.
- Items must not show any signs of use or damage.
Digital Items:
- Exchanges:
- Once a digital product (ebook) is downloaded, you can only request an exchange unless the ebook has a quality issue (e.g., missing pages or formatting problems).
- If you purchased the wrong edition of the ebook, we will provide a free exchange for the correct edition.
- Download Problems:
- If you experience issues with downloading your ebook, we will provide alternative download links until the problem is resolved.
